Amazing Bead Key Pendants for Kids ( Lieliski atslēgu piekariņi no pērlītēm)

        For the last couple of months I have thoroughly worked on making beaded key pendants that would be perfect for the kids. My daughter now have one attached on her school bag. She totally loves it! I worked using square stitch bead weaving technique. You can Google it easily. I used cross stitch sewing patterns. But instead of sewing I beaded them. I worked with Toho beads 15 and One G beading thread. The result you can see in the pictures below.

         Pēdējos mēnešos esmu cītīgi strādājusi pie dažādu pērļotu atslēgu piekariņu izveides. Vienu no piekariņiem šobrīd aktīvi nēesā mana meita pie savas skolas somas. Viņai tas ārkārtīgi patīk! Es strādāju pielietojot ķieģeļveida izšūšanastehniku, kuru var viegli atrast ieguglējot (cross stitch beading). Strādāju ar Toho 15 izmēra pērītēm un One G pērļošanas diegu. Beaded Spring Flowers (Pavasara ziedi no pērlītēm)

         This spring I got so inspired with the beauty of the spring and the first flowers that bloom in gardens that I decided to make beaded spring flower composition. I made sunny daffodils, tulips and tiny, white tea roses. The result you can see in the photos. I can only add that spring flowers are not difficult to make and even the beginner in beading can manage them. The instructions you can find here-

Personalized car accessories (Personalizēdi auto aksesuāri)

      

       As promised, I made few pendants for car mirrors for those who are not fanning about BMW. This time I also used square stitch bead weaving. For those who does not know this technique I can suggest this tutorial - Прямое гобеленовое плетение. In work I used One G nylon thread and Toho 15/0 beads. 

       The patters and schemes I looked in a Google and Pinterest. Most inspiring and useful tags for my beaded pendants were - cross stitch letter, cross stitch flower simple and cross stitch borders. My pendants are 34 rows tall and 40 rows wide. In the pictures below you can see one of the schemes I made for my pendant. Hope you will find this information useful. If you have any question, feel free to ask at any time.

          Kā jau soliju, emu izveidojusi vairākus auto spoguļa piekariņus tiem, kuri nefano par BMW. Arī šoreiz darbojos kvadrātveida izšūšanas tehnikā. My fav nail polish color (Mīļākās nagu lakas)

      Since I'm having a terrible cold and  I'm  unable to do any beading right now, I can share with you some information about my other passion- nail polishes. My nails are far from healthy looking despite all the efforts. I have already accepted it and no matter what I want them to look nice. I'm a big lover of nail polishes and I always look for new shades. For the last couple of months I had the tendency to choose deep and dark tones but with the firs days of spring preferences has changed to much lighter and tender tones with slight accents. Hopefully I will get on track soon and then there will be new beading miracles. :)

     Šobrīd nekādi radoši projekti nenotiek, jo esmu pamatīgi saslimusi. Pa šo brīvbrīdi varu nedaudz padalīties pārdomās par vēl kādu sirdij tuvu nodarbi - nagu lakām. Diemžēl mani nagi vienmēr bijuši trausli, neskatoties uz visiem pūliņiem viņiem palīdzēt (vitamīnu dzeršana, nagus stirpinošie līdzeķļi utt.), taču neskatoties uz to vienmēr paticis darboties ar tiem. Nagu lakošana tiešām ir sava veida medītācija, kas sniedz pozitīvas emocijas. Pēdējos mēnešos gan bija vērojama tendence, ka roka pati sniedzas pēc tumšiem, piesātinātiem toņiem, taču līdz ar pavasara iestāšanos situācija ir pamainījusies.  Šobrīd dodu priekšroku pavisam gaišām nagu lakām, kuras diezgan ilgu laiku bija tupējušas kastītē neaiztiktas un gaidīja savu zvaigžņu brīdi. 

     Tiklīdz ar veselību viss būs kārtībā, ar lielu degsmi metīšos klāt saviem pērlīšu darbiem!!!! Esmu jau sailgojusies. :)

Latest craft projects (Jaunākie rokdarbi)

     Year 2015 comes to an end so it would be useful to summarize all the things and creative projects that has been accomplished recently. Next week my daughter  will have Christmas concert in the kindergarten and she will need a snowflake costume. Thankfully I have finished the costume and the result you can see in the first two pictures. 

     Another interesting project was beaded brooch for my mother in law. For the first time I tried to make something using soutache technique. I can say that I will definitely try to work with soutaches once more next year because it was very interesting experience. The soutached brooch you can see in picture 3 and 4.

     And the latest my project was done in another technique that was new for me - crochet beading. I made two bracelets. (see pic. 5) It turned out a little bit more difficult than I expected, but I found two really good videos which enlightened me profoundly:

     2015. gads tuvojas noslēgumam un tāpēc būtu lietderīgi apkopot pēdējos darbus, kuri paveikti vēl esot šajā gadā. Nākamnedēļ manai meitai dārziņā ir eglīte, kurā viņai jāierodas sniegpārsliņas tērpā. Par laimi man ir izdevies pabeigt viņas tērpu laikus un rezūltātu iespējams aplūkot pirmajās divās bildēs. 

     Vēl kāds veikums, par ko man ir milzīgs prieks, ir piespraude manai vīramātei, kuru izveidoju no pērlītēm un sutažas. (Skat 3., 4. attēlu) Šī bija pirmā reize, kad savos darbos izmantoju sutažu un varu droši apgalvot, ka nākamgad noteikti taps vēl kāds darbs izmantojot šīs auklas.

    Pats pēdējais darbs, kuru esmu paveikusi šogad, ir divas rokusprādzes. Un arī šoreiz esmu izmantojusi sev pavisam jaunu un neierastu veidu rotu pagatavošanā - tamborēšana ar pērlītēm. Sākotnēji gan tas šķita diezgan pagrūti, bet noskatoties divus ļoti izglītojošus video, tā lieta aizgāja un sniedza lielu gandarījumu. Video iespējams aplūkot šeit:

Beaded dahlia (Dālija no pērlītēm)

     I love summer highly because flowers bloom and blossom all around me. The nature is a huge inspiration for creativity and self-expression. I just finished my latest beaded flower composition. Rhinestoned and beaded apple (Ābols ar akmetiņiem un pērlītēm)

    This time I have made apples a little bit more beautiful. To do that I needed a few plastic apples which you can easily buy on e-bay or aliexpress, glue,cord and different rhinestones, jelly drill,pearls and beads. By looking at the pictures you can see how it is done and what will be the result. Both rhinestones and beads look amazing on the apple. I suggest you to buy special rhinestone or craft glue, by using it the result will be better than using usual glue.  Good luck :)

   Nopērkot plastmasas ābolus, piemēram e-bay vai aliexpress, viņus diezgan vienkārši un ātri var padarīt acij daudz tīkamākus. Lai to izdarītu ir nepieciešama līme, aukla un dažadas pērlītes ar plakanu muguriņu un bumbiņas.

                                          Nepieciešams savērt bumbiņas auklā.

                         Tad ar līmes palīdzību savērtās bumbiņas jālīme klāt ābolam.

 Vēl vienkāršāks veids kā izdaiļot ābolu ir pielīmējot akmentiņus un pērlītes ar plakanu muguriņu.
