Beaded Jewelry Set (Rotas no Pērlītēm)

       Its been a while since I have made some beaded jewelry so when I found an interesting tutorial I felt excited and started my work asap. I made a pendant and earrings. Her works are so delicate and beautiful! Few peaces of jewellery I already have made following her instructions but others, hopefully, I will make soon. :)

       Jau ir pagājis kāds laiciņš kopš esmu radījusi kādu rotaslietu no pērlītēm, tāpēc nolēmu ar steigu labot situāciju. Handmade Bead, Wire Crown (Paštaisīts perlīšu kronītis)

    Last month I received an interesting order from the customer. It was necessary to make a bead and crystal crown for the photo shoot, since she is a future photographer. First thing to do for a crown or a diadem is to make a good,strong framework from wire. When its done you can start plaiting the beads all around the carcass. The crown I made was quite large so its a good thing that I have rather a lot crystals in stock. :) At the ends of crown I attached laces so it can be easily fitted. When my daughter saw the crown she asked me for a crow for her and so I did made another one (more playful and girly). The process of work and both crowns you can see below. Hope you like them!

 

      Pirms kāda laiciņa es saņēmu interesatu pasūtījumu - izveidot kristālu pērlīšu kroni. Kautko tādu taisīju pirmo reizi, bet ar rezultātu esmu apmierināta. Pirmā lieta, kas bija jāizdara, jāizveido stingrs un labs karkass no stieples. Kad tas bija gatavs, varēja sākt stiprināt kristālus visapkārt kronim. Kronis sanāca diezgan liels, tāpēc bija nepieciešams liels daudzums pērlīšu, bet labi, ka man ir diezgan lieli krājumi :) Kronim galos es iesēju lentas, lai to viegli būtu pielāgot jebkuram nēsātājam. Kad mana meita ieraudzīja kroni, viņai ārkārtīgi sagribējās tādu pašu. Tā nu nācās veidot vēl vienu kroni, tikai šoreiz mazāku un meitenīgāku.

Handmade Beaded Patches (Paštaisīti pērlīšu uzšuvumi)

     I really enjoy working with beads in different techniques and this time I embroidered several patches which later on can be sewed on clothing or made into the jewelry (brooch, pendant). It is not difficult to made patches. First thing that I did - I selected from the internet different pictures, mostly from the downloadable coloring page section and then I copied these pictures on the fabric. I used decorative felt as a base for my patch. When pictures are copied there is nothing for it but to cut out them and start the embroidery process. Patches can be embroidered not only with sequins or beads, but also some rhinestones and flatbacks can be glued on for the accent. Everything hinges on your preferences and imagination.

      
    

       Man ārkārtīgi patīk pērļošana, tā ir mana sirdslieta, kas sniedz milzīgu gandarījumu. Ik pa laikam cenšos pamainīt tehnikas, lai process vienmēr sniegtu prieku un iespēju izaugsmei. Šoreiz esmu izveidojusi vairākus pērlīšu uzšuvumus, kurus iespējams uzšūt uz apģērba, kā arī uzšuvums var kļūt par rotaslietu (piekariņu, kulonu vai piespraudi). Šādus uzšuvumus izveidot nav grūti. Pimā lieta, ko es izdarīju, sameklēju interneta plašumos zīmējumus. Ļoti piemērota ir printējamo attēlu sadaļa, kur ir plaša zīmējumu kolekcija no kā izvēlēties sev piemērotāko. Kad zīmējumi tika izprintēti, es viņus pārkopēju uz filca audumu un pēctam izgriezu āra. Uzšuvumus var veidot ne tikai no pērlītēm un vizuļiem, bet akcentam var izmantot arī pielīmējus akmentiņus. Viss ir atkarīgs no jūsu gaumes un izdomas.

Beaded Jewelry Set (Rotu komplekts no pērlītēm)

      Using crochet beading technique you can make an amazing bijoux - not only necklace, but also different types of bracelets and even earrings. The result of my efforts you can see in the pictures below. My favorite part of this jewelry set is bracelet, most probably, because it contain river pearls and it is very  comfortable to wear. Earring have a little Swarovski crystals in the center and the clasps are from silver. Next week my family will have a little pleasure trip and my new jewelry set is going with me for certain.

      Tamborējot ar pērlītēm ir iespējams izveidot superīgas rotaslietas un pat veselus komplektus. Esmu pabeigusi darbu pie kaklarotas, rokusprādzes un auskaru komplekta. Man vismīļāka ir tieši rokusprādze, visticamākais, tāpēc ka tajā ir upes pērles, kā arī tā ir ļoti ērta nēsāšanā. Auskariņu viducī ir Swarovki kristāliņi un auskaru kātiņš ir no sudraba. Drīzumā ar savu ģimeni dodos nelielā ceļojumā un jaunais rotaslietu komplekts pavisam noteikti dosies man līdzi.

Kanzashi Hair Accessories, Beaded Brooch and Bracelet. (Matu rotas kanzaši tehnikā, piespraude un aproce no pērlītēm)

     Lately I have finished multiple projects and I have flexed my muscles in new techniques, such as kanzashi. Working with bows and laces is something totally new for me, but I got SO inspired by @kulikova_handmades (she also have a YouTube channel: Kulikova Anastasia - YouTube ), that I've decided to give a try. It was interesting and fascinating experience to make ribbon flowers. I made several hairbows to my little daughter and you can see them below.

     I have also completed  two little beading projects. One of them is a beaded brooch which turned out quite classic and matching many outfits. Hopefully, my Mom is going to like such present. :) There are no specific patterns nor tutorials for such brooch since it's not tricky to make something like that.       Pēdējā laikā man ir izdevies veiksmīgi pabeigt vairākus darbiņus, turklāt, ir sanācis iemēģināt roku dažās sev iepriekš nezināmās rokdarbu tehnikās un paņēmienos. Ka vienu no jaunumiem ir jāmin kanzaši teknika. Mani TIK ļoti iedvesmoja un uzrunāja @kulikova_handmades darbi (viņai ir arī savs video kanāls YouTube: Kulikova Anastasia - YouTube), ka nolēmu izmēģināt. Darboties ar lentēm ir interesanti un saistoši. Izveidoju vairākas ziedu rotas no lentēm meitas matiem, kuras varat aplūkot attēlā.

    Esmu izveidojusi arī divus darbus no pērlītēm. Viens no tiem ir piespraude, kura ir sanākusi diezgan klasiska un domājams būs pieskaņojama daudziem apģērbiem. Cerams, ka mamma būs priecīga ieraugot šādu dāvaniņu. :) Šīs piespraudes izveide nav sarežģīta, tāpēc nekādu pamācību nav.  Otrs mans projekts bija rokusprādze, kuru jau sen vēlējos izveidot. Latest craft projects (Jaunākie rokdarbi)

     Year 2015 comes to an end so it would be useful to summarize all the things and creative projects that has been accomplished recently. Next week my daughter  will have Christmas concert in the kindergarten and she will need a snowflake costume. Thankfully I have finished the costume and the result you can see in the first two pictures. 

     Another interesting project was beaded brooch for my mother in law. For the first time I tried to make something using soutache technique. I can say that I will definitely try to work with soutaches once more next year because it was very interesting experience. The soutached brooch you can see in picture 3 and 4.

     And the latest my project was done in another technique that was new for me - crochet beading. I made two bracelets. (see pic. 5) It turned out a little bit more difficult than I expected, but I found two really good videos which enlightened me profoundly:

     2015. gads tuvojas noslēgumam un tāpēc būtu lietderīgi apkopot pēdējos darbus, kuri paveikti vēl esot šajā gadā. Nākamnedēļ manai meitai dārziņā ir eglīte, kurā viņai jāierodas sniegpārsliņas tērpā. Par laimi man ir izdevies pabeigt viņas tērpu laikus un rezūltātu iespējams aplūkot pirmajās divās bildēs. 

     Vēl kāds veikums, par ko man ir milzīgs prieks, ir piespraude manai vīramātei, kuru izveidoju no pērlītēm un sutažas. (Skat 3., 4. attēlu) Šī bija pirmā reize, kad savos darbos izmantoju sutažu un varu droši apgalvot, ka nākamgad noteikti taps vēl kāds darbs izmantojot šīs auklas.

    Pats pēdējais darbs, kuru esmu paveikusi šogad, ir divas rokusprādzes. Un arī šoreiz esmu izmantojusi sev pavisam jaunu un neierastu veidu rotu pagatavošanā - tamborēšana ar pērlītēm. Sākotnēji gan tas šķita diezgan pagrūti, bet noskatoties divus ļoti izglītojošus video, tā lieta aizgāja un sniedza lielu gandarījumu. Video iespējams aplūkot šeit:

Bijoux for the little ladies (Rotaslietas mazajām jaunkundzēm)

      Time rushes very fast and harvesting period is at a full speed. There will be an annual St. Martin's Day fair in the kindergarten which my baby is attending. Same as all the rest of the parents I was asked to make something (eatable or not) that could be sold. Therefore I decided to make some jewelry for the little girls. Tried to make them strong, lightweight and colorful so I hope that they are going to like it!

      Ražas laiks ir sācies un rit pilnā spārā. Parasti par godu tam ikgadu norisinās dažādi Mārtiņdienas tirdziņi visā Latvijā. Viens no tiem būs arī bērnudārzā, kuru apmeklē mana mazā meita. Visiem vecākiem, mani ieskaitot, tika palūgts sarūpēt kautko, kas varētu tikt tirgots tirdziņā. Nolēmu izgatavot kautko no rotaslietām, kas varētu patikt dārziņa vecuma meitenēm. Centos, lai rotiņas būtu iespējami izturīgas, ērtas un dzīvespriecīgos toņos.
